On November 8, 2023, as part of a future leader capacity building training program, Fifteen officials from Vietnam’s central ministries visited the Digital Government Exhibit Hall to experience Korea’s high-quality ICT policy, digital government policy and best innovation cases using new technologies such as AI and big data. They visited to experience Korea’s digital government policies and services, and to learn about Korea’s E-government system and official’s informatization education system.

During the visit, the officials learned about the current progress of Korea’s digital platform government initiative and the best practices in the field and engaged in active discussions on various topics related to Korea’s best digital government practices, including Government 24 and electronic certificates, and follow-up plans after digital platform government development.

The trainees also had a tour of the exhibit hall that offers an insight into the past, present, and future of Korea’s digital government and experienced its history and future, Digital Government Service Map, customized life cycle services, excellent digital government content, overseas expansion status of the Korean digital government, and the Digital Government Online Exhibition Hall.
